Matthew Brake attended Elim Bible Institute in Rochester, NY for his undergraduate work in Biblical Studies.

He went to Virginia Beach to attend Regent University’s School of Divinity in 2006 where he graduated with a Master’s of Divinity in 2009 after completing his thesis Soren Kierkegaard & Pentecostalism: A Dialogue, a study of the role that religious experiences and spiritual transformation play in the writings of Kierkegaard and in Pentecostal theology.

Currently, he is going to George Mason University in Fairfax, VA to pursue an MA in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Religion, Cultures, and Values.
