Examines theoretical and methodological issues central to study of international relations by focusing on specific topic: American foreign policy, diplomacy, international law and organization, international relations theory, international ethics, human rights and humanitarian intervention, the environment, and others. Notes: May be repeated when topic is different with permission of department.May be repeated within the term for a maximum 9 credits.
